Boston Sports Institute is a 136,000 SF recreational facility in Wellesley, MA boasting twin NHL ice surfaces, two pools, turf / court field house, multiple auxiliary service areas for the benefit of the student athletes, along with Boston Sports Performance Center – a Steward Medical Group Sports Medicine / Strength & Conditioning center.

Foxboro Sports Center in Foxborough, MA is a 98,960 square foot athletic facility constructed in 2003. The Foxboro Sports Center contains three NHL sized ice surfaces, one studio ice surface for full time year round goalie skills, a strength and conditioning / physical therapy facility, and other various athletic infrastructure / building amenities such as a pro shop, concessions, and multiple retail tenant spaces.

Foxboro Sports Center is located 30 miles south of Boston, directly off I-95, two miles from the I-95 / I-495 interchange, and less than five miles from Route 1 and Gillette Stadium. The South Shore Kings and Spitfire are the main ice tenants, representing the Eastern Hockey Federation / USPHL and New England Girls Hockey League respectively.

Essex Sports Center is a 115,000 SF recreation facility located in Middleton, MA featuring twin NHL ice surfaces, an indoor court / turf field house, strength and conditioning, physical therapy, and multiple dining options. Both the ice and court surfaces are master leased to Class A tenants.

The Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center is 110,000 SF Multi-Use Recreation Center. The facility features twin NHL ice surfaces along with physical therapy, strength training, pro shop and and two story tap-room restaurant. A sizable parking serves area attractions creating additional revenues.

Thayer Sports Center Thayer Sports Center is a 90,000 SF sports facility in Braintree, MA featuring one NHL sized ice hockey surface and a studio practice rink, an outdoor turf area, an indoor multi-purpose field-house, a fitness area, and an Alumni Lounge. All surfaces are rented out by the hour, with time preference given to Thayer Academy.

Hobomock Ice Arena in Pembroke. MA is a 58,100 square foot athletic facility constructed in 1972. Hobomock Ice Arena contains two professional-sized rinks, and other various athletic infrastructure / building amenities such as a pro shop, and concessions.

Hobomock Ice Arena is located 30 miles south of Boston, two miles from Route 3. The Bay State Breakers, and multiple town youth and high school programs are anchor users in the facility.

Boch Ice Center, in Dedham, MA is a 44,260 square foot facility constructed in 2007. Boch Ice Center contains one professional-sized ice rink, one studio ice rink, one synthetic ice training area, and other various amenities such as a pro-shop, concessions and strength and conditioning tenants.

Boch Ice Center is located 14 miles south of Boston, directly off I-95, and five miles from the I-95 / I-93 interchange.
The Boch Blazers and Charles River Blazers are the main ice tenants, representing the Eastern Hockey Federation and New England Girls Hockey League respectively.

EDGE Sports Group is in the final phase of pre-development alongside the Scarborough Downs development team to incorporate the Play component within the Live-Work-Play development in Scarborough, ME.

The Downs Sports Center will feature one NHL sized ice sheet, one half sheet of ice, outdoor turf field, aquatics center, community recreational space, strength and conditioning, physical therapy, concessions, and academic support.

EDGE Sports Group is the Kino Sports & Entertainment District’s lead athletic facility developer and operator overseeing multiple athletic venues in Tucson, AZ.

The $400MM development is slated to begin construction in 2022 and open in 2024. The Iceplex will feature three NHL ice sheets, strength & conditioning, and various other amenities. The Field House will feature eight basketball courts across two floors and a 20,000 sq ft convention space with rooftop food & beverage options.
