Essex Sports Center is a 115,000 SF recreation facility located in Middleton, MA featuring twin NHL ice surfaces, an indoor court / turf field house, strength and conditioning, physical therapy, and multiple dining options. Both the ice and court surfaces are master leased to Class A tenants.

EDGE Sports Global developed the facility and now manages day to day operations along with all sponsorship and marketing.

Thayer Sports Center Thayer Sports Center is a 90,000 SF sports facility in Braintree, MA featuring one NHL sized ice hockey surface and a studio practice rink, an outdoor turf area, an indoor multi-purpose field-house, a fitness area, and an Alumni Lounge. All surfaces are rented out by the hour, with time preference given to Thayer Academy.

Hobomock Ice Arena in Pembroke. MA is a 58,100 square foot athletic facility constructed in 1972. Hobomock Ice Arena contains two professional-sized rinks, and other various athletic infrastructure / building amenities such as a pro shop, and concessions.

Hobomock Ice Arena is located 30 miles south of Boston, two miles from Route 3. The Bay State Breakers, and multiple town youth and high school programs are anchor users in the facility.

Boch Ice Center, in Dedham, MA is a 44,260 square foot facility constructed in 2007. Boch Ice Center contains one professional-sized ice rink, one studio ice rink, one synthetic ice training area, and other various amenities such as a pro-shop, concessions and strength and conditioning tenants.

Boch Ice Center is located 14 miles south of Boston, directly off I-95, and five miles from the I-95 / I-93 interchange.
The Boch Blazers and Charles River Blazers are the main ice tenants, representing the Eastern Hockey Federation and New England Girls Hockey League respectively.

EDGE Sports Group is in the final phase of pre-development alongside the Scarborough Downs development team to incorporate the Play component within the Live-Work-Play development in Scarborough, ME.

The Downs Sports Center will feature one NHL sized ice sheet, one half sheet of ice, outdoor turf field, aquatics center, community recreational space, strength and conditioning, physical therapy, concessions, and academic support.

The EDGE Sports Center, Phase I is a 75,000 SF Indoor Sports Complex with ice and turf, Bedford … developed with the core desire to provide Bedford and the surrounding communities the opportunity to participate in and take advantage of a year round athletic facility that provides state-of-the-art recreational amenities for all ages and abilities. ESG was responsible for all the site and building design, as well as contracting for legal, survey, engineering, environmental, resource area delineation, and site, building and ice surface contractors. The experience of the Edge Sports Center was recognized as the Bedford Chamber of Commerce 2010 Business of the Year “in recognition of a highly innovative and successful business that is creatively involved in community activities”.

The EDGE Sports Center, Phase II : The EDGE Sports Center was only months old when the founders first realized that facility expansion was necessary. Founder Brian DeVellis began negotiations with the abutting landowner Massachusetts Port Authority in Spring 2008 leading to Massport releasing a request for Proposals in April 2010. DeVellis responded and was awarded the right to negotiate a 20 year lease with the Authority January 2012. DeVellis designed the expansion of 2 synthetic artificial turf fields along with a fabric dome structure for winter use, making the 2008 existing turf excess and available for a second ice sheet for the ever expanding hockey program. DeVellis reached lease execution April 2012, regulatory approvals shortly thereafter, and design development drawing as well as construction documents. Construction broke ground in June 2012 and opened January 2013.

The Golf Club of New England was designed, developed and or constructed by EDGE personnel. No further affiliation exists. 

Golf Club of New England was a project where EDGE Sports Global was retained to oversee the design, permitting and construction of the Arnold Palmer course on nearly 600 acres located in Stratham, NH. The Palmer plan was engineered, presented to and permitted through two local, state & federal agencies, and in construction less than twelve months from conception.

The project involved greater than 10 acres of wetland enhancement, and creation, as well as 37 home sites, an 18,000 square foot clubhouse, and 250 acres of permanent conservation easement.
